• Sale between $ 2,501 - $7,500 = 6% Final Sale Fee
• Sale between $ 7,501 - $25,000 = 5.25% Final Sale Fee
• Sale between $ 25,001 - $75,000 = 4.5% Final Sale Fee
• Sales exceeding $75,001+ = FLAT 3.75% Final Sale Fee
