Domain Buying Details

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF DOMAIN NAME(S):

Once we received payment for the domain name sale, we will then create an account at the current domain registrar with the registration details submitted to us by the buyer.

In order to guarantee a timely transfer of domain name ownership you must provide all the correct contact information. Any incomplete information may result in unexpected delays.

We will then email you, the buyer with your new login details. The buyer will then have full ownership, total control and responsibility for the domain name. The buyer will is able to change account details, name servers, domain forwarding and any other services or features necessary to use the domain name.

The buyer will have full control of the domain name once they have logged in. They can now point the domain name to their website or servers right away by updating the DNS Name Servers information.

The domain will be considered fully transferred when the Whois database shows that the buyer now owns the domain name. Most domain registrar have the facility to display Whois details that will update daily.

Once you purchase a domain name from Real Cost Domains you will fully own the domain. You will have total control and the responsibility to renew the annual registration subscription at the domain registrar at which the domain is registered.

Failure to renew your domain subscription will result in the domain name expiring and the domain registrar dropping / cancelling the domain name. If this unfortunately happens, then the domain will be become available for anyone to register it and assume full ownership over the name.
